What to Wear

When considering booking any training course conducted by TT, you will need to adhere to the set clothing requirements. Anyone who turns up in less than the minimum, will unfortunately be turned away, without a refund.

Your safety is paramount to us, which is why these requirements MUST be met.

The following equipment and safety clothing is included in the price of the any course.

*Helmet

*Gloves

*Jacket

*High Vis Vest

*Waterproof trousers (if needed)

If you have your own of any of the above, feel free to bring it, but it must meet the requirements below:

Helmets

You must wear a safety helmet that meets British safety standards when riding a motorcycle or moped on UK roads.

  • British Standard BS 6658:1985 and carry the BSI Kitemark

  • UNECE Regulation 22.05

  • a European Economic Area member standard offering at least the same safety and protection as BS 6658:1985, and carry a mark equivalent to the BSI Kitemark

Leg wear

The minimum of thick jeans with no rips.

Footwear

Motorcycle Boots or boots (DM’s/hiking boots) covering the ankles.

*No steel toe cap boots /trainers /canvas shoes/high heels.

Gloves and Jacket

Must be motorbike appropriate.
